~ A Few Words ~

“Do not fret because of evil men… Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for Him; do not fret when men succeed in their ways…  Refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret… Those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land… Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.  Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this.”   Excerpts from Psalms 37:1-7 [emphasis by editor]

Do you have a problem causing you extreme difficulty?  Maybe someone is bullying you or your child; possibly a co-worker is endeavoring to discredit you; has someone close rejected or betrayed you?  The only answer is to trust, commit, delight yourself in the Lord.

During that time of “waiting” we do not sit in a rocking chair and simply wait, doing nothing.  We DAILY, fresh and anew, must trust, commit and delight in Him.  It is a constant; we never reach a point in our lives when we are finished.  Every day, moment by moment, discipline yourself to stay strong.

Are you going to believe God?   We need to WAIT for the Lord patiently.  He says He will do it!  His Word is trustworthy and we are never disappointed!
