“Before I formed you in the womb I knew (chose) you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
These were the words of the Lord spoken to the prophet Jeremiah.
How can this be? How could HaShem know or choose anyone before they were even conceived? How can He appoint anyone to a personal plan before they are even born? As humans we cannot fathom the “how;” but we can practice “belief and trust.”
This same principle is true in each of our lives. God has a plan for us, a role to be fulfilled which was in place before we were conceived or born. When in that placement, which God prepared for us, we will find peace, contentment and joy. We will also find amazing ability, creativity and strength as we step into the perfect place for us to live and work.
